COLORADO’S SHORT-TERM RENTALS CAN OPEN FOR BUSINESS

PMI Summit Colorado is ready to bring your short-term rental back to business. As of June 1st, the State of Colorado is allowing short-term rental owners to open their properties as long as they comply with specific health requirements, but don’t worry – we’ve got you covered. The safety of our staff and guests is our top priority, and we are going above and beyond the local, state, and national health guidelines to disinfect each property and bring business back to your rental quickly and safely. PMI Summit Colorado is supplying each Summit County rental with a “safety packet” that includes masks, hand sanitizer, and disinfectant wipes to ensure that guests have the proper materials for a clean and safe stay.

Additionally, we are emphasizing the importance of the Five Commitments of Containment to mitigate the transmission of COVID-19 and other illnesses in Summit County
and asking all of our guests to join us in practicing them:

1. Maintain 6 feet of physical distance from individuals
2. Wash hands often and for at least 20 seconds
3. Wear a face covering in public
4. Stay home when you are sick
5. Get tested immediately if you experience COVID-19 symptoms
