1) PMI Plus - Management made simple!

This program is for the homeowner who wants PMI to handle everything for them. We will handle your bookings & reservations, accounting, housekeeping, ground support, maintenance, guest arrival instructions, key distribution & access control, and guest communications. We book the guest & we do the rest! 

No Reservation Fees Monthly Membership Includes:

- Rental Listings & Rental Listing Analysis (PMI’s state of the art website/airbnb/VRBO & any other major booking site you would like to be a part of [additional fees may apply])

- Accounting

- Property Checks on each turnover

- Monthly Preventative Maintenance checks for quality control

- Marketing & Advertising

- Monthly Rental Taxes

- Responsible Agent for Summit County

- Being on call for guests and owners 24/7/365

- Local Discounts on transportation & rentals

- Owner Portals, access to statements & maintenance reports

Housekeeping Fee: Varies by property size Includes:

- Full Clean

- Full linen exchange

- Free triple sheeting upgrade

- Upgraded full size bathroom supplies for guests (shampoo/conditioner/body wash)

- Starter set of supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, dishwasher detergent, sponge, coffee)

- Decorative coverlets upgrade available *No per reservation maintenance fee. You pay as you go!

Commission Rates:

Two Flexible Commission options to best fit you and your needs! No worries about accidental damage, we got you covered! PMI charges guests a damage waiver for each reservation and we manage the process through the underwriters. 

2) PMI Classic

We have been providing this service since 2002. PMI Classic is our most popular program. This is for the homeowner who still wants control over bookings and accounting, but wants ground support for guest communications, guest arrival, housekeeping and maintenance access. You book the guest and we do the rest! No per reservation maintenance fee. You pay as you go!

Monthly Membership Includes:

- Being on call for guests and owners 24/7/365

- Full ground support and comprehensive guest logistics

- Monthly preventative maintenance checks for quality control

- One free trip charge for minor maintenance per month* (*labor fees may apply)

- Unlimited no charge email and phone support for guests and owners

- Standard linen program. Triple sheeting add on is available on a per clean basis based on the number of beds in the property.

- Owner Portals, access to monthly statements & maintenance reports

- Responsible Agent for Summit County Reservation Fee Includes:

- Sending confirmation emails, text reminders, pre-arrival & check in instructions

- Key distribution & access control

- Coordination of housekeeping & property check

- Taking guest phone calls/texts

Housekeeping Fee: Varies by property size Includes:

- Full Clean

- Full linen exchange

- Starter set of supplies (mini shampoos/conditioners/body wash/lotion, toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, dishwasher detergent, sponge, coffee)

- Triple Sheeting upgrade available *No per reservation maintenance fee. You pay as you go!

Owner is responsible for their own bookings, accounting, marketing, and taxes. You book the guest and we do the rest!

3) PMI Basic

For the owner who wants to handle bookings and guest communications but has a professional on the ground when needed. This program gives the owner maximum control of your property and revenue while having professional, local, & reliable ground support.

Monthly Membership Includes:

- Access to maintenance and emergency services

- Quarterly Preventative Maintenance Check (4 times/per year)

- Responsible Agent for Summit County (available 24/7/365 for calls from STR hotline & owner calls only)

- Standard Linen Program

- Basic ground support

- Access to owner portal for reservation management and announcements Reservation Fee

- Key distribution and access control. Keycards & most smart locks supported.

- Coordinating housekeeping

Housekeeping Fee: Varies by property size Includes:

- Full Clean

- Full linen exchange

- Starter set of supplies (mini shampoos/conditioners/body wash/lotion, toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, dishwasher detergent, sponge, coffee)

- Periodic property checks for quality control *No per reservation maintenance fee. You pay as you go!

Owner is responsible for their own bookings, guest communications, arrival instructions, accounting, marketing, taxes, and on-call to guests. PMI will respond to owner/hotline calls only for emergencies.
