Shana was responsive and helpful! We loved the location. Every room was clean and we had plenty of linens. The view was amazing!

The condo was everything we needed/wanted. My husband and I were on a “workcation” for 2 weeks to get out of the heat of Texas! The surroundings and neighbors were peaceful and beautiful! We were close to trails when we were ready to do the vacation portion of the trip. So many beautiful areas to explore!!

PMI is such a wonderful host! Whenever we had any questions Shayna and the property management company were quick to respond. We had a snafu where the fireplace went out and she called and walked us through getting it working again. The one thing that was difficult to find in the check in instructions was the unit number, but a quick text to the management and they helped us out. It was a very cozy and solid place for a weekend getaway!

Great views. Spacious, fit a group of 4 adults more than comfortably. Very responsive. Great stay.

Very spacious and clean. Great view from balcony and master bedroom. Location was pefect, nestled back in away from the main roads. Will definitely stay in this unit again.

It was much nicer than the pictures. Very spacious and lots of room for all of our things. I believe there is one extra bathroom that is not included in the listing which is great. And the queen bedroom has a pullout couch and there is another bed in the living room that it doesn't appear in the picture. All of these are just super great things. So for sure it can accommodate more people We had a great time!

Great property with terrific views from the living room and both bedrooms! Conveniently located to the slopes, shopping, and restaurants. Would definitely choose to stay here again. Our only complaint is that we couldn't stay longer. :-)”

Enjoyed our stay, this is a very nice condo, well appointed. The spa / hot tub is dated, and in need of a refresh.

Beautifully furnished & comfortable condo with lovely mountain views. Great location with easy access to groceries, shopping, dining, and especially hiking. Well equipped kitchen, plenty of bath towels, comfortable beds, very clean! Highly recommend!

Was an economic stay, relatively close to the Keystone resort. I personally like a ski in ski out but this worked great for my family. A bus runs frequently to get you to the slopes without having to find parking when driving your POV. All in all we enjoyed our stay.

We loved the condo. The beds were very comfortable! It was much larger than we thought it would be, and perfect for us.we have a great stay, thank you. In fact, would the condo be available President's Day Weekend? If so, I also have friends from DC who would be interested in staying in the Building as well. They would need a 2 bedroom unit like 2540. They stayed in The Springs while we were in Sts. John and they liked ours better!

Great location and very comfortable space that felt like home. The kitchen and living room were our favorite part of the condo. The shuttle service to Keystone Resort was very convenient. We will definitely be back to stay!
