I have never submitted a review and I have stayed at a lot of VRBO properties. This property was great! We had a party of 11, ages 12-70, and everyone enjoyed this house. The main living area is spacious and allows for large gatherings. The beds were clean and comfortable. There are thermostats in every bedroom which we loved! The hot tub is oversized, clean and easy to use. All 11 of us showered and we had no issues with hot water. I believe this is listed as 3 baths but there is an additional shower located in the laundry room/ 1/2 bath area which we found very helpful when we were all trying to get ready at the same time. The kitchen has everything you could possibly ask for and more! The 2 car garage is oversized and there is plenty of room for skis, boots, boards, etc. We chose to ski at Breckenridge which was about a 20-30 minute drive - super easy drive with what I would think is a normal amount of traffic. I agree with others that 4-wheel drive is a must if you are renting in the winter. The only thing we would have changed was that we would have liked a posted trash schedule. We missed trash day and didn't realize it until after the trucks had run. I would highly recommend this property!
